Radiant Express Car Wash

Extremely disappointed with how Radiant Car Wash has handled this situation, especially after being a loyal Radiant member for over two years. Immediately after going through their wash, my vehicle developed a loud clicking/grinding noise from the front driver’s side, resulting in $630.93 in documented repairs the following day. I spoke with the manager, requested that the surveillance footage be preserved, and followed up with a detailed email including the repair documentation. Despite requesting a response within 10 business days, I have received no response at all. Accidents can happen, but ignoring a loyal customer after they report vehicle damage is unacceptable. I had hoped Radiant would handle this professionally and work toward a resolution, but unfortunately that has not been my experience.

Very nice car wash. My car came out very clean. All of the staff were very kind and professional. Great amenities. They give rags to wipe and have spray bottles plus compressed air. Top notch.

Great customer service from each staff I came across. So kind! Today they not only gave out $5 car washes but offered free hot dogs and waters!!

Everyone that works here is so rad. Super friendly, helpful, etc. There is always a pep in their step. One guy, maybe the owner or regular manager on duty is just always PUMPED to be keeping the trains on time and I love it. I always feel pumped and fired up from his vibe. Anyways, this car wash is great. Everything always works great, vacuum stations or awesome. Love coming here every time.

Let’s just start off by saying I’m not a person that likes to clean my own car so somewhere that makes it easy accessible , well Maintained and cheap. It’s for me and this is that place. Now let’s get into the people. The manager here is amazing always with a smile always welcoming and always come by if I need anything. There’s a new beautiful young lady called Lily. That can brighten up a room even with her beautiful smile, very welcoming, very appropriate very punctual. And smiled through it all working in a Car Wash is not easy but they make it look like it’s a breeze. Not only those two but everybody else here are so welcoming and so beautiful. I come here at least 3 to 5 times a month now before I never went to a car wash. Well by myself being single and having nobody to help me this is the perfect place. I can get everything in one place for a very low rate. And on top of that, the customer service is amazing. This is my forever Car Wash. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ also I’m going to add the light show when you go in through the car wash is also a vibe lol 😂
